No. It is the client's sole responsibility to get to and from Salem, Massachusetts at the designated times and dates stated by Chromalusion Photography. The Chromalusion Team is not responsible for client travel. Each participant must take care of their flights and general transportation in and out of Salem at their own expense. Our package includes free transportation to planned locations and events only. We can give recommendations in regards to airlines, airports and routes to make your travel experience to Salem as smooth as possible. Please do not hesitate to ask us questions! We are happy to help.

Please be prepared should Aunt Flo decide to join on our trip. We will have feminine products and Tylenol on hand but they may not be your go to or meet your personal needs. Rest assured your photos will be beautiful.

With the duration of this trip and the amount of images taken throughout, there will be thousands of images to comb through. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your images to be returned as well as your gifted Book of Shadows.

YES! After making your reservation with us, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire for your personal chef. This way she can plan your specialty menu months in advance and keep your food safe and secure to avoid contact with other foods you may be allergic to.

No worries! There's tons of beautiful and affordable dresses and various items online which we can direct you to after your reservations have been made. We work with an adult boutique store located in Asheville NC that carry a wide range of lingerie and accessories that are geared to spooky girls!

Absolutely! We will accept larger payments if you're able to do so. This way you can get your reservation closer to payoff!
Whether cash, cashier's check, credit card or other apps, you will receive an invoice with full payment history and new balance after every payment you make.

The first night in the house we will have a meet and greet with the team. Our makeup artist ensures that she uses high quality products in her kits for each person. If you have any skin allergies or medical conditions, we ask you tell us that in the questionnaire you will receive after your reservation has been paid in full. If the client requests to bring her own personal makeup, we will allow that.
This does not result in any refund or discount of any kind.

There are no referral discounts for this event at this time. However if there are any friends traveling together as a duo or group, we will include a few "Coven" style images in your package at every location.

Absolutely!
In fact, we encourage it! Any behind the scenes footage of your own sessions can be posted. If you take any BTS footage of another client, please ask THEM for permission to post and tag online.

We do ask to please properly tag the personal profiles and business pages in your posts. If people ask what you're doing, where you are. Do tell them it's Chromalusion Photography's all female retreat to Salem MA and it's a new service that travels the East Coast throughout the year.

While this is not expected, we often get tips. There is no pressure whatsoever but we are so grateful for it! The team will have signage posted with their QR codes in the event you want to leave one.

Chromalusion Photography owns all the rights to your images. Your digital prints will be discreetly watermarked for social media use only.
DO NOT CROP OR ALTER IMAGES.
The images in your Book of Shadows will not be watermarked as well as any prints if you choose to order.

If you want to submit to a magazine that is hosting a FREE submission for a specific theme, I must sign off on it and they require non watermarked images for print purposes. We ask you please contact us and let us submit or send the magazine our way to make sure everything is in order and credited properly. Anything published or altered whether paid or free is a violation of copyright laws and can result in legal action with the magazine. The rights are not sold in this package.

No, Boudoir is not a requirement for this event. While some of our locations may not allow that on their property, we can do this at others. We also have a little parlor set up in the house for some spicier images if chosen.

Even though we own the rights to these images, we always ask approval on some images for promotional purposes. You may encourage future ladies to find themselves at future events.
