Package A: The Quiet Devotion
Up to 2 Hours ( Elopements Only )
Starting at $950
An intimate, tender beginning to your love story. Every glance, whispered vow, and quiet moment is captured in cinematic elegance. Includes minimal prep for both partners, ceremony coverage, newlywed portraits, and immediate family photos. Coverage beyond 2 hours requires booking the next applicable pricing tier.

Designed for small weddings with tight timelines and a single location. Great for weddings with up to 30 guests.

Reception highlights like entrances, first dances, bouquet toss with cake cutting and staged or grand exits. Optional PG-13 boudoir portraits of newlyweds in private setting during reception. Ideal for large weddings with layered timelines and high guest list count. A second photographer can make all the difference! Having a second shooter I personally choose means every smile, every detail, and every unforgettable moment is captured so nothing gets missed. This is available as an optional add-on and must be reserved at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be guaranteed. Great for weddings with up to 50+ guests.

Complete, immersive storytelling from morning preparations through late-night celebrations. This level is designed for extended timelines, higher guest counts, cultural or traditional ceremonies, multiple locations, and complex logistics. Coverage may include early prep, ceremony, portraits, full reception and after-dark events or grand exits. Also included is a 30-45 minute intimate boudoir session for the newlyweds after the reception but is 100% optional. For weddings with lots of guests, overlapping wedding party events or special cultural traditions, a second photographer can make all the difference! Having a second shooter I personally choose means every detail and every unforgettable moment is captured so nothing gets missed. This is available as an optional add-on for XL weddings and must be reserved at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be guaranteed.

Package F: The Heirloom Story
3–4 Days starting at $7,000
Intended for Destination weddings or multi-day wedding events. Additional rates apply for multi-day celebrations that require travel and lodging accommodations. This includes rehearsals, reunions, dinners, post wedding brunches, or extended events. Being present for rehearsal day events is essential, especially for out-of-state weddings so I can plan in advance where to be for every key photograph during your ceremony. I’ve photographed multi-day weddings lasting up to four days capturing everything from pre-wedding gatherings and games to post-wedding brunches and family outings, including excursions like beach trips and Universal Studios. Every detail, every laugh, every fleeting moment is preserved like a documentary so your story unfolds beautifully from start to finish. Wedding Photography Policies
Booking & Coverage
Wedding Day coverage is reserved by signed contract and non-refundable retainer. Coverage includes only the hours booked at the time of contract and does not extend beyond those hours unless overtime is added. Remaining balance must be paid to 72-24 hours prior to wedding.
Overtime Coverage
Additional coverage of up to 1 hour may be added the night of the wedding at $150 per hour, billed on the hour. Payment is due the same evening (cash, check, or Venmo)
Second Photographer
A second photographer may be available as an optional add-on for LG and XL weddings and is selected at my discretion to ensure consistency in quality and workflow. Availability is not guaranteed without advance notice.
Vendor Referrals
With advance notice, I’m happy to connect couples with trusted professional hair stylists, makeup artists, videographers, venues, florists, wedding cake designers, and planners I regularly work with. Availability, pricing, and contracts are handled directly with each vendor and are not included in my photography services.
Travel
Weddings outside Western North Carolina will require additional travel, lodging, and/or car rental fees. These are quoted based on distance and location and confirmed prior to booking. We do cover weddings all across the USA, so don't be discouraged to inquire! We love to be of service wherever you are!
Scope of Coverage
Optional intimate couples portraits during the reception may be captured between key moments and within booked time. Coverage is not extended to additional days, post-wedding events or sessions outside the contracted timeline and recommended to purchase a separate couple's boudoir package.
