Spend 3 dreamy nights in a blush-toned 1800s Victorian home in Coupeville, WA—just steps from the iconic storefront featured in Practical Magic. With creaky floors, salt air, and small-town mystique, it’s the perfect place to rest, create, and transform.
Timed to align with the long-awaited release of Practical Magic 2, this retreat includes a trip to the local theater—because yes, we’ll be watching it together!.
You’ll dive into ethereal photo shoots in mossy forests and misty beaches, craft spellbooks and ritual tools, and enjoy optional boudoir portraits in a rosy pink parlor that celebrates your divine feminine.
There will be witchy games, cozy movie nights, bites from local spots, and yes—Midnight Margaritas under the stars. 🌙
Leave with a full gallery of professional images and a printed keepsake book—a tangible reminder of who you became when you chose to be fully seen.

Stephani is a professional photographer with 22 years of experience, specializing in automotive and boudoir photography. She travels nationwide for car shows, horror and tattoo conventions, celebrity shoots, weddings, and immersive horror and mystical sessions. An indie horror filmmaker, her debut feature sold over 400 copies and featured actors from The Walking Dead. Her work has been published in the United States, Italy, Australia, South Africa, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Day 1
Tuesday, September 22, 2026
🌿 Welcome Owens' Women
Guests will be picked up from the airport and brought to our dreamy Victorian home minutes away from downtown, where we’ll settle in with a warm welcome luncheon.
The afternoon invites time to unpack, relax, and mingle before diving into a hands-on witchy crafting workshop—think mini besoms, spell candles, or spell books!
That evening, dress as your whimsical witchy character from the movie because we’re heading to the local theater to see Practical Magic 2, followed by a cozy dinner outing before returning home to rest and recharge.

Wednesday, September 23, 2026
🔮 Magic in the Details
We’ll start with breakfast at a cozy local café, then explore downtown Coupeville to see filming locations from Practical Magic. In the afternoon, we’ll return to the house to prepare for a day of styled individual and coven photo shoots beginning in an enchanted forest and ending on the beach with driftwood. Picture light colors or ivory gowns, and an atmosphere that feels moody and ethereal.
That evening, we’ll gather back at the house for a catered dinner, a crackling bonfire with s’mores, witchy movie screenings, trivia, games, and of course... Midnight Margaritas!

Day 3
Thursday, September 24, 2026
🌕 Full Moon Finale
Thursday begins slow and intentional after our spirited Wednesday night. A light breakfast will be available at the house, giving everyone time to sleep in and recharge. In the afternoon, we’ll head out for a relaxed lunch outing, followed by our final photoshoots—a stunning glam witch editorial in the pink parlor, with the option for complimentary boudoir session either in that room or your bedroom.
We’ll leave room for one more local downtown stroll before our last coven session in our black dresses, witch hats and black umbrellas in front of the house! That evening, we’ll gather for a cozy farewell dinner and a moonwater workshop under the full moon, honoring the magic we’ve shared before departure!
Where Are We Staying?
Stay with us in this completely renovated home in the beautiful coastal town of Coupeville, on Whidbey Island of Washington State! Spacious 6BR/5BA (4 en-suite!) with large kitchen, dining room, Smart TVs, WiFi, pool table, fire pit, BBQ, and fenced yard for kids. Walk to waterfront, wharf, shops & dining. Built by John Kineth (b.1828, Bavaria) & Jane Carter, a Mayflower descendant. Historic charm meets modern comfort is just a 5 minute walk to "Sally Owens" botanical shop downtown!

Total Deposit Required: $700
Payment Plan Available: 3 installments
✨Breakdown:
$250 due upfront – this holds the bedroom of your choice for 30 days
The remaining $450 can be split into two payments of $225, due within 60 days total from your initial payment. After deposit is made in full, the payment plan for the remainder of $2,500 will begin.
✨ Important:
If the full $700 deposit is not received within 60 days, your reserved bedroom will be
released and offered to the next client.
All deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full Payoff Date is NO LATER than August 1, 2026
In the event you have to cancel your reservation, here are some guidelines below.
CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations between
May 1, 2025 - May 1, 2026:
Refund granted of 35% excluding deposit.
Cancellations after May 1, 2026:
No Refunds. No transfers. No exceptions.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for injury, loss, expenses or damages (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from cancellation. There will be no refunds or discounts for lack of participating in events, arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or unforeseen circumstances of any kind. All participants are required to stick to their payment plans as agreed upon with signed contract. If client should cut contact or payment without notice EVEN during deposit payments, there will be zero refunds, transfers or any
sort of compensation in affect and forfeit their spot on the trip.
Purchasing third party travel insurance is highly encouraged.

This is a retreat for 5 women only. No pets / service pets (per venue rules we must abide by), no children, no guardians, no men,
non paying participants of any kind, No exceptions.
Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
Please note that the locations of our sessions can be changed at any time due to scheduling conflicts of the venues, inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
This will NOT get you a discount or refund of any kind.
In the unlikely event that a location change must occur, there will be backup locations and contingency plans.
We will do the best to ensure that you get the most from this vacation.
It is the client's sole responsibility to get to and from the retreat venue at the designated times and dates stated by Spooky Girl Retreats. The SGR Team is not responsible for client travel. Each participant must take care of their flights and general transportation to and from their place of residency at their own expense. Our package includes free transportation to shoot and tourism locations, restaurants and events DURING the retreat only. We can give recommendations in regards to airlines, airports and routes to make your travel experience as smooth as possible. Please do not hesitate to ask us questions!

Detailed information will be given by way of contract which every participant must sign upon paying their nonrefundable deposits in full. After full trip payment has been made, the client will receive a packet in the mail with a full itinerary, trivia,
