Payment Plans
Payment Plan #1
A non-refundable deposit of $620 is required in order to reserve your spot for this event. This guarantees your placement in the house. You may choose a bedroom once this deposit is paid in full. This non-refundable deposit must be paid before September 10, 2023.
A monthly payment of $297.50 will be required every month from October 2023 until
PAID OFF MAY 30, 2024.
We accept credit cards and bank transfers through Square. All credit cards and bank transfers add a percentage fee of
3.5% + 15¢ for every transaction.
This is their policy, not ours.
We also accept cashier’s checks, Venmo, Cashapp and PayPal. Every payment method will receive an invoice via email.
Please Note: When a credit card is processed through these apps, you will be charged their fees as well.

This guarantees your placement in the house. You may choose a bedroom once this deposit is paid in full.

REFUND POLICY
Your deposit of $620 is nonrefundable and guarantees your spot in the house.
In the event you have to cancel your reservation here are some guidelines below.
Cancellations between
September 1, 2023 - May 30, 2024:
Refund granted of 60%
Cancellations between
May31, 2024 - June 29, 2024:
Refund granted of 50%
Cancellations after June 29, 2024:
No Refunds.
